The information will be sent automatically to the Channels Estate Site Manager (Olly Stubbings) for action and will also be copied to directors and our managing agent for information. Ongoing correspondence will be via the Site Manager unless an issue requires escalation and/or RMC director intervention.
Alternatively, you can call Olly directly via a dedicated phone number, 07795 478171, which may be more appropriate if you need to flag a site-wide estate problem that needs attending to urgently. However neither the managing agent nor the directors will have a record of issues logged in this way.
