Service Charges (January-June 2025)

Dear Eagle Rise & Aqua Verde residents,

Please see a message below from Hugo Kirby (PG Property Management/Channels CIC) in relation to the 2nd half year service charges:

With apologies for the delay (which was due to delays in getting info from Remus) I can confirm that all the invoices for your 2nd half of the annual service charge have now been raised and are on the way to you. With a statement showing what is owing.

On the invoices and statements it shows the bank account details to pay in to and the name on the account is PG Property Management Ltd

Please could you settle the balance within the next 30 days. If you are already in arrears please settle the arrears straight away.

Unfortunately the records from Remus don’t have everyone’s email addresses, so please do inform anyone else who doesn’t know what’s happening.

ALSO Remus didn’t tell me whether you want invoices and statements by email only – if you do then please email me back and I will organise that now and for the future.
