CCMC & Channels CIC Update

Dear Eagle Rise & Aqua Verde residents,

In line with previous discussion and agreement, Remus are no longer acting as Managing Agent as this has been taken over by PG Property Management as part of the site-wide Channels CIC arrangement.

As such you will receive the second half year Service Charge invoices over the course of the next week and the process will be as follows:

  1. Invoices issued which require payment by 31/12/2024.
  2. Statements issued early January 2025 reminding those having not paid that late payment will attract a late charge.
  3. Late charges applied at the end of January and statements/warning letters issued.
  4. Further late charges applied at the end of February and letters warning of legal action issued.
  5. Legal action started for non payers at the end of March.

Unfortunately the continued level of aged debt over the last 3 years has caused cash flow problems for CCMC Ltd so we do ask that everyone pays promptly such that actions (3)-(5) above will never need to apply.
