Objection to PG Property Management acting as CCMC Managing Agent

For the avoidance of doubt, CCMC directors have the power to change managing agent without a formal vote. Directors have however agreed to only move forward with this course of action on the basis that there are no significant objections from members. As such, and unless more than 25% of members (70 units) object to this option before midnight on Thursday 18th April 2024, the move to PG Property Management (i.e. joint management under the banner of Channels CIC) will be taken.

Please only complete the form below if you do NOT wish PG Property Management to take over from Remus as managing agent on behalf of CCMC residents.

Please note that in the case of joint or multiple memberships, only the FIRST named Member in the Register of Members may register an objection via submission of the above form and all submissions will be checked prior to the deadline of midnight Thursday 18th April 2024.
