Who did tender exercise to choose Remus? Is it done by CCMC directors including compliance?

CCMC Response:

CCMC directors made the decision to appoint Remus from 1st January 2021. Remus were interviewed in 2019 as part of a full tender process, narrowly losing out to POD. Remus were already therefore ‘bid compliant’ and as such directors deemed them suitable (following further due diligence undertaken) to be appointed as a ‘step-in’ provider for the remainder of the original POD contract term i.e. initially to 31st July 2021.
